Guest Speakers 2019 part 2

We had another great afternoon with Ady Lovack and Paul Redford judging our young bird 2019 competition. It was pleasing to see so many entries and the standard was excellent. Dave Harrison won the Novice section and Kevin and Brian Batey won the Inter/Champion section. After tea and cake beautifully  made by Gaile Clark we had a question and answer session with Ady and Paul where we had some great laughs and some good ideas. Our President Elect Brian Batey gave thanks to our guests and were presented with plaques.

Putting the staging up for the judging.

Roger Carr came to our June meeting

We had as our guest today August meeting our very own Phil McHale and it went down tremendously as over 30 members attended and as it is holiday season, I think that is a very good number. We wish Phil all the best as he retires from work this coming Wednesday, good for you.
All the best to our chairman Peter Watts who is slowly recovering from a knee operation.
